Friday, March 2nd, 2012: Preseason is the prelude to the regular season and begins today. Getting in shape will be the top priority for clubs across QE4 Single A. There will be exhibition games and plenty of playing time to evaluate newcomers. But the biggest decisions will surely be made off the field as Opening Day rosters are decided by management. There are sure to be a few surprises on each team in the league!

 | 2011 QE4A Best Batter, Lake Tahoe's Bane
Friday, August 19th, 2011: Joe Bane, the Lake Tahoe right fielder, certainly made an impression on QE4 Single A pitchers this past season. He punished them for 100 hits in 306 at-bats, 19 doubles, 4 triples, 18 home runs, and 49 RBIs and scored 46 times.
That standout hitting earned him the QE4 Single A Top Hitter Award for 2011.

 | Parkland's Hunt Nets QE4A Top Pitcher Award
Thursday, August 18th, 2011: Jarred Hunt of the Parkland Daybreaks outdid his pitching peers this year and has been honored with the 2011 QE4 Single A Top Pitcher Award.
During his remarkable year Hunt posted a 7-5 record in 19 starts. In 126.1 innings he yielded 72 hits and 46 walks while striking out 108 and compiling a fine 1.92 ERA.
