Friday, March 2nd, 2012: Spring training is just around the corner! The QE4AAA unveiled their 2012 schedule today and the preseason is under way. A new season means a fresh start for many players, while fans can't wait to see how the newest version of their favorite team looks.

 | Guthrie Wins QE4AAA 2011 Top Hitter Award
Friday, August 19th, 2011: Today Birmingham's Dane Guthrie was named the QE4 Triple A Top Hitter Award winner for 2011. He pounded QE4AAA hurlers hard all season long, collecting 102 hits in 361 at-bats.
With a .283 batting average, 12 doubles, 4 triples, 47 home runs, 114 RBIs and 80 runs scored, he was the top votegetter.

 | Palo Alto's García, Top Pitcher Award Winner
Thursday, August 18th, 2011: Vicente García of the Palo Alto Angry Robots had a tremendous season in 2011 and today was named the winner of the league's Top Pitcher Award -- quite an accomplishment for a relief specialist!
He compiled a 0.72 ERA, a 4-0 record and 24 saves. García made 35 relief appearances, tossed 37.2 innings and totaled 50 strikeouts.
