Thursday, April 1st, 2004: Squads across Quaternary Echelon can now have up to 50 players on their rosters until the beginning of the playoffs. Fans will get a glimpse of the organization's future, while regular players will get some much needed end-of-season rest.

| QE4 News: Spring Training Begins
Thursday, April 1st, 2004: Spring training is here at last. The long offseason has come and gone and the Boys of Baseball are back again. There is a sense of excitement all around. We'll soon hear the crack of the bat and the slap of leather. Quaternary Echelon training camps will be filled with frenetic fans following their favorite teams. The diamonds will be populated by maybes, wannabes, projects, journeymen, backups, regulars, phenoms and the sacred stars. They will be conditioned, reconditioned, repaired, retired, promoted and demoted. All of these elements will come together to forge each team's regular season squad and to take it to even greater heights than ever before. Hope springs eternal at spring training camps.
