Coaches are perusing the newly unveiled season schedule and players around the Quaternary Echelon are starting to get their minds set on the long grind ahead. It might just be the preseason, but baseball is in the air!

Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011: The embers flicker as Winter Meetings wrap up for another year. Trades have been proposed, rumors have been spun, free agents have announced their intentions and GMs across the league are making last minute plans. Eleventh hour trade talks? Rolling the dice on a big name free agent? Or simply preparing a measured response to the past three days of activity? This is Quaternary Echelon and these decisions will have repercussions that will carry over long after the meetings close.
