Thursday, April 1st, 2004: Roster expansion took effect at midnight. Clubs across TE3 were given the opportunity to add additional players already on their 50-man rosters. At the beginning of the playoffs, rosters go back to their normal size.

Thursday, April 1st, 2004: The 2004 Tertiary Echelon spring training facilities will soon be opening and ablaze with activity. It is a time of hope and heartbreak. A time for ballplayers to get in shape, hone their talents and showcase their skills -- to be all they can be. All under the watchful eye of the front office, whose job it is to make the crucial decisions that will affect not only this upcoming season, but future seasons as well. Who goes to the big time and who goes back to the bushes? That is what spring training is all about.

Friday, March 12th, 2004: The Drunken Monks and Cecil Robinson reached an accord earlier today which brings the reliever to town for 3 years.
Robinson will pocket $12,030,000 total and is widely expected to contribute significantly to the club's playoff drive.
