| PE1 News: Winter Meetings End
Friday, November 4th, 2011: The annual Primary Echelon Winter Meetings draw to a close today and no doubt some clubs will be trying to wheel and deal right up to the last moment. General managers looking to sign players to a new contract or engineer a trade with rival clubs still have time remaining to get a quick response on their offers. Once the Meetings officially close, however, clubs can expect to be greeted with more lengthy and protracted contract and trade discussions.
